Meet Our Team

	Sandy Padgett, Patient Concierge Sandy is the friendly face most people see when they first enter our dental practice. Above all Sandy is dedicated to exceeding your expectations at every visit. Sandy and the front office team work together to create a welcoming environment and answer any questions you may have about care. Outside of our practice, Sandy loves decorating her home, spoiling her grandchildren, playing golf, and exploring the neighborhood with her Labradoodle, Bella.
	Patty Ricard, Business Administrator Patty is our practice manager with over 20 years of experience in dentistry. Patty has completed multiple dental management certification courses, including the prestigious Jameson Program at New York University. Patty is a communication expert who prides herself on delivering five-star service to each patient we serve. As our patient you will always find that Patty is an attentive listener, caring communicator, and proactive administrator who gets things done. Outside of the practice Patty enjoys spending time with her family and traveling with her husband to watch the children’s exciting soccer games almost every weekend.
	Laurel Bennett, RDA Laurel is a registered dental assistant who always makes the comfort and care of our patients her top priority. She loves supporting Dr. Schneider with cosmetic and implant treatments because of the dramatic difference this type of dentistry can make in the lives of our patients. Laurel truly understands the patient experience. She is an Invisalign orthodontics patient herself who has seen dramatic improvements to her smile thanks to this revolutionary treatment option and the complimentary whitening package Dr. Schneider is offering. Laurel loves her new and improved smile. Outside of the office Laurel enjoys bicycling, finding quaint restaurants, and spending time in Dana Point.
	Nancy David, Hygiene Assistant Nancy makes everyone feel at home during dental visits. Nancy supports our patients and hygiene team by taking x-rays, helping schedule appointments and making each visit just a little more comfortable. Nancy is a natural helper who loves helping patients smile more often. Away from work Nancy stays very active attending the volleyball games as her husband coaches, and going to Disneyland on date night. Nancy is our office Martha Stewart because she’s got a knack for décor and is very crafty. She is always updating her surroundings. Nancy makes life a little more beautiful every day and that’s a good thing.
	Denise Methot, RDAEF Denise is a registered dental assistant who graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a teaching credential. In 1989, Denise was one of the very first dental assistants in our country to complete her Expanded Functions credential at the UCLA College of Dentistry. For more than 30 years Denise has worked in dentistry. She has assisted with oral surgeries, taught dental assisting at the college level, and today, takes great pride in helping patients improve and maintain optimum oral health. Denise remains passionate about dentistry. She enjoys learning about the latest dental technologies and advancements in care through continuing education. Denise believes that Invisalign orthodontics is one of the greatest advances in care in recent years because it helps so many patients have healthier mouths. Away from work, Denise loves to travel to historical sites to explore art and culture. She also enjoys classic cars and solving puzzles.
	Elisa Johnson, RDH Elisa is a registered dental hygienist who graduated from USC with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and 30 years of experience. Elisa completed certification to administer Nitrous Oxide and rigorous training with the world-renowned JP Institute, where she focused her post-graduate studies on Evolutionary Hygiene. Elisa has always had a passion for health. She is interested in the future potential of lasers in dentistry. Elisa is dedicated to educating patients about all that is new in dentistry and consistently enrolls in continuing education because she is committed to staying at the very forefront of dentistry. Outside of work Elisa loves to explore the great outdoors. Last year she hiked the Grand Canyon.
	Audra Gomez, RDH Audra is a registered dental hygienist with a degree in Dental Hygiene from Palm Beach Community College. Audra has over 20 years of experience in dentistry and has completed post-graduate course work in periodontics, implantology, cosmetic dentistry, and Invisalign orthodontics working directly with the Invisalign Corporation. Audra is passionate about helping people be healthy and stay well. Presently, she is most fascinated with advancements in laser dentistry and how they will contribute to gum health in the future. Away from the practice, Audra and her family stay active and adventurous with fitness and traveling abroad. Audra is also involved with Girl Scouts through her daughter.
	Shirley Wong, RDH Shirley is a registered dental hygienist with a degree in Dental Hygiene from Cerritos Community College. She also completed her Bachelor Degree in Biology at UC Irvine. Shirley has 20 years of experiences in dentistry. She has completed numerous continuing education classes throughout the years to stay abreast in all aspects of dentistry. Shirley has also completed additional comprehensive training with the World Clinical Laser Institute. She is thrilled and fascinated with the outstanding improvement in the periodontal health of her patients with laser technology. Shirley understands the importance of good oral health and the vital role it plays in one’s overall general health. Her passion is to educate patients about the importance of good dental health. Shirley takes the time to get to know her patients and their individual needs in order to help them achieve and maintain good dental health. Away from work Shirley enjoys cooking, going to the movies, traveling to exotic locations with her husband and especially treasures her quality time with her playful and energetic son, Derrick, who was born early this year. She also enjoys different ethnic cuisine with her family on the weekends.
